Wortwell kept up their chase of Waveney League leaders Broome with an emphatic 8-1 home win against Suffolk side Carlton. The Wortwell triple comprising Keith Worsfold, Robert Banbury & Michael Harvey had a great day winning their games by 16-3 & 15-1. Colin Colden & Chris Roberts won their pairs games by 10-7 and 8-4 while Ron Saitch & Tony Oram also won twice by 7-3 & 9-5.
