Bure Cup games are played over two legs with aggregate points score deciding the winners. If this is equal the team with the most shots is declared the winner. Home team to return result sheet to Bure Cup Secretary within 7 days of EACH match being played.

Bure League 4 Wood Singles Championships 2023/24

This event will take place at Hevingham on Tuesday 16-4-24 with a start time of 7-15pm. Each of the five Bure League clubs will nominate one player to represent their club. The current title holder will automatically qualify for the event. In the case of the current holder not being available, or not wishing to play, their club will then nominate another player. The event will be played on a round robin basis, as previously used for qualifying rounds in previous seasons, with each bowler playing four games of 8 ends duration. The winner will be decided on points gained. If these are the same then shot difference will be used. If this is also the same then "ends won" will be counted to decide the winner. Each entrant to bring a raffle prize please.

Bure League Pairs Championships 2023/24

This event, which is a 3 Wood Pairs event, will take place at Halvergate on 19-4-24  with a start time of 7-15pm. Each of the five Bure League clubs will nominate one pair to represent their club at the event. The current title holders will automatically qualify for the event. In the case of any of the current title holders not being available, or not wishing to play, their club will then be allowed to nominate replacement(s). The event will be played on a round robin basis, as previously used for qualifying rounds in previous seasons, with each pair playing four games of 6 ends. The winning pair will be decided on points gained. If these are the same then shot difference will be used. If this is also the same then "ends won" will be counted to decide the winning pair. Could each competing pair please bring a raffle prize.
