After losing the four Bure League games they had played so far Horsford BC celebrated the start of 2025 with their first win of the season. Visitors Hevingham could not cope with the home side in such good form and lost on three mats. In the first half Steve Beckett, Keith Ruddock & Christine Walsgrove got Horsford BC off to a brilliant start winning 30-3 while Alan Bunn, Teresa Goldsmith & Selwyn Goldsmith won a tight game to earn Hevingham their two points. After the break Horsford BC added two more wins with Janet Seaton, Ernie Mills & Dennis Seaton winning 19-7 and Sally Bate, Mike Donnington & Phil Cotton winning 21-11.
