Early results in the Breckland League saw Forncett win 8-2 at home to Hingham with Mike Smail’s triple winning 20-9 and Becky Humphreys’ triple winning by the same score. Forncett’s visit to Connaught “A” saw them unable to pick up a point as they were beaten 10-0 despite all four mats producing tight games. Harling Unicorns won 6-4 at home to Connaught “A” with the match points secured thanks to a Mike Tarrant’s triple winning 24-10 and Nigel Battley’s triple winning 25-7.
