City of Norwich League giants Horsford Gold won 12-2 at Jarrolds and remain favourites to win the title. Deaf Sports are currently top of the table after winning 12-2 at Framingham Earl and losing 11-3 at third placed Horsford Heroes but have played three more games than Horsford Gold who are just four points behind them. Other results saw County Council win 10-4 at First Bus and Windows win 12-2 at home to Jarrolds. Taverham enjoyed a rare victory by beating British Rail 12-2, only their second win of the season. Connaught “A” powered their way to a 10-0 away win at Banham in the Breckland League where Di Adcock, Bob Oatway & Owen Secker won by 32-6. Harling Unicorns won 8-2 at home to Forncett with Val Hester, Chris Jones and Matt Cunningham winning 32-9. Hingham won 8-2 at home to Shropham with Jackie Capell, Margaret Hunter & John Hunter winning 23-6. Harling Griffins won a close game at Connaught “B” by 6-4 where C Newman, Val Easter & George Cody won 30-13. East Tuddenham remain top of the Bure League after an 8-2 away win against Horsford Heroes. Top scorers were Gillian Amos, Gerald Potter & Robin Amos who won 27-9 against R Hart’s triple while Horsford’s two points were collected by Derek Gaskin, D Davitt & Roger Frank who beat John Turner’s triple 21-7. Hevingham won 8-2 at home to Woodbastwick with Pat Williamson, Marjorie Hall & Steve Hall winning 24-11 while Horsford BC won 8-2 at home to Thorpe Marriott with Ruth Ruddock, Keith Ruddock & Paul Isgate winning 15-5. Bob Carter have ran away with the Tens League title this year and remain unbeaten after a comfortable 4-0 away win at Hevingham where Morgan Warnes & Gary Best won 15-6, Nigel Willard & Simon Willies won 14-11, Jean Woods, John Turner & Melly Woods won 17-10 and Elaine Willies, Steve Bridge & Jason Woods won 16-14. Bradwell Dynamos top the Coastal Cup table after a 12-2 away win at Hemsby Harvesters but Woodbastwick Owls are chasing them hard after winning by 18-0 at home to the Harvesters. Bradwell Acorns won 11-7 at Hemsby Beachcombers but the Beachcombers enjoyed a 16-2 home win against Bradwell Robins.
