Peter Walker (pictured) of Thorpe Marriott has been invited to join the ESMBA umpiring team at the National Finals. He will be on duty at both the National Mixed Fours Finals and the National Over 55’s Pairs which are being held at Daventry IBC on the 30th and 31st March. Since being appointed as Norfolk Umpire Officer by the NCSMBA Management Committee Peter has wasted no time in planning how to increase the number of qualified umpires in the county. He is currently working on producing a training schedule for potential umpires in Norfolk.
