The Norfolk Short Mat Bowls Association is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Tony Ealham. The sport of short mat bowls will be a much sadder place without his presence. As the organiser of the Friends of Essex team he was a popular and familiar face to members of the Norfolk Over 60’s Squad and he leaves us all with treasured memories of this very special man. Indeed, it is difficult to envisage those games taking place without Tony but we can be certain that he will always be with us in spirit when those games are played. He will be greatly missed by us all and the NCSMBA would like to send their condolences to Debbie on her loss.
