The long established Norfolk Over 60’s Short Mat Bowls group meet every other Thursday at Norfolk’s County venue in Hingham and any Norfolk registered player aged 60 or over, from any Norfolk registered club, is welcome to attend at this 10 mat venue. Bowlers should arrive at around 9.30am ready for a 10am start and for £5 can play three games of nine ends with a break in between each game for coffee, tea & biscuits which are all included in the playing fee. Just come along and book on with Organiser Teresa Goldsmith on arrival and you will receive a warm welcome from all who a enjoy a friendly day of bowls. Why not speak to other members of your club and arrange to come together, then you can car share if you wish. If you wish you can stay on for another optional extra game in the afternoon as well and that is still included in the price.
