England's British Isles team revealed

England Team Manager Steve McAlister has named the teams who will represent England in the British Isles Championships which will take place in Scotland on the 16th & 17th November. Norfolk are well represented again with three players in the England Premier team and another five in the England “A” team. Norfolk bowlers in the England Premier team are Wymondham’s Jack Pye and AJ Brown & Bob Carter’s Gary Best. Named in the England “A” team are Chris Willies & Simon Willies of Watton Expendables, Morgan Warnes & Jason Woods of Bob Carter & Jack Marshall of Wymondham. Norfolk’s Gary Best will have a busy time of it playing as number three in West Mids star Ross Dunkley’s rink in the team championships while also playing with Matty Worden of Cheshire in the Individual Pairs Championships. Three other Norfolk based players doubling up for the British Isles “A” team are Morgan Warnes, Chris Willies and Jason Woods. Morgan & Jason will play in the Individual Triples event with Dorset’s Chris Hall and in the Team Championship event Morgan is at number three in James Trott’s rink while Jason is at number three in Michael Doorey’s rink. Chris Willies will skip England’s Rink One in the Team Championships while playing at number three in Mark White’s four in the Individual Championships.
