There were no City League matches this week due to the heats of the City of Norwich League Singles taking place. The six qualifiers were Gary Best of Horsford Gold who won the heat hosted by Horsford Heroes. Ray Ayres of Horsford Gold won the Taverham heat while a third Horsford Gold bowler Mick Dale won at Jarrolds. Les Chadwick of Horsford Heroes won at Windows, David Higgins of Jarrolds won at First Bus while Tony Turner of Thorpe Marriott came out top at Horsford Gold.
