Only a big win would see Norfolk "A" possibly sneak through as runners up in group 1 but instead look likely to finish bottom after defeats at Hingham and Tydd St Giles. It was another dissapointing display at Hingham with only two wins being mustered up. Hingham's Will Townsend had a successful day winning his singles match 17-9 and then later in the fours winning 15-4 which claimed the bonus points and the only six points won by Norfolk. Both triples went down 7-8 and the pairs also failed to register any wins in a 6-18 defeat.
In the away match things did not get much better with both the singles and fours failing to register any wins. The pairs however did produce a win with Harling's George Hume and Thetford's Jason Martin winning 16-11 while Diss' Graham Mobbs and Wymondham's Jack Marshall drew 12-12 to collect five points in the discipline. But overall Norfolk went down by a similar scoreline this time 7-17.
