Peter Walker of Thorpe Marriott SMBC is the latest Norfolk CSMBA Umpire after he passed his practical test in North Yorkshire which was conducted by ESMBA Umpire Director Joseph Newsome. He is the first new Norfolk Umpire since Chris Mann & Jon Sparham of Wymondham passed their tests late last year.
