This weekend the World Championships take place in Sweden with two Norfolk bowlers named in the England team. Bob Carter’s Gary Best will be one of the two England singles players alongside North Yorkshire’s Bronagh Toleman while David Lamb of Halvergate will be playing pairs with Peter Hore of Cornwall. The other pair will be Dorset’s Sam Harvey & Emily Thomas who featured in the Dorset Premier team defeated by Norfolk at the weekend in the I.C.C semi-finals. England’s triples will be Ross Dunkley, Craig Strong & Adam Easthope of West Mids and Adam Smith of Cheshire, Ryan Knight of Gloucestershire & Danny Langdon of North Yorkshire. The first four are Lee Toleman of North Yorks, Anthony Faultley of Essex, Laurence Moffat of North Yorks & Paul Pomeroy of Devon and the second four consists of Chris Willies of West Mids, Dom Reed of Essex, Alan Jones of West Mids & Gareth Davies of Oxfordshire.
