The day after Gary Best earned an England place in the World Championships in Sweden David Lamb of Halvergate & Norfolk was also selected to play in the England team. He will be partnered with Peter Hore in the pairs. A play-off between Lamb & Hore was arranged against Barry Hedges & Jake Atrill which Lamb’s pair won on the last end. They had already beaten their opponents earlier in the day as well.
