Simon Willies, Jason Woods & Morgan Warnes won the Norfolk County Triples/National Qualifier yesterday at Hingham with a 7-4 victory against Jack Pye, AJ Brown & Gary Best thus denying Pye a hat trick of wins after he had lifted the title in the last two seasons. The third place play-off was won by Neil Davidson, Chris Willies & Chris Mann who beat Trevor Brown, Debbie Sparham & Jon Sparham 5-4. In the semi-finals Simon Willies’ triple beat Trevor Brown’s triple 15-5 while Jack Pye’s triple beat Chris Willies’ triple 7-6.
